WEEK 26 - MILITARY PRIDE

Hello everyone!  Here in the states, we are celebrating our Independence this month.  I have decided to use some of our military pictures to represent our patriotic pride. Being a military family, we have plenty of pictures to scrap!  These are some photos I took at an air show that we attended last year.  Please check out the video to see my process and please leave any questions you might have for me!

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I'd love for you to come check out my blog as well: www.thescrapangel.blogspot.com  Have a great week!

WEEK 21 - DADDY SNUGGLES

Hi everyone!  In June, we celebrate Father's Day!  I wanted to take this opportunity to scrap some pictures of my husband with our daughters.  I found these pictures of my husband snuggling in bed with my girls when they were babies and my heart just instantly melted!  I love making pages about my girls with the same type of picture from when they were around the same age.  Just seeing the difference in their looks and personality is so cool to witness!  My girls are about 3.5 years apart, so seeing them at the same age is so interesting for me.  I challenge you to find two pictures that were taken at different times and put them together on a page.  Please check out my video to see the process.  Enjoy!

Supplies:

  • Patterned Paper: Glitz (background), Bo Bunny (blue dots), Crate Paper (font), Echo Park (cut apart)
  • Stickers: Crate Paper Notes & Things
  • Alphas: Thickers - Bree, Teresa Collins
  • Glassine bag

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I'd love for you to head over to my blog as well: www.thescrapangel.blogspot.com

The Daily Scrapbook Page - Layout #17

Today it is all about BACON! This layout is all about using your stash - even if things dont macth erpofectly, like pink + red, you can still get them to pull together on a layout by keeping the colors similar throughout. I used lots of old stash from variou manufacturers on this one--all I did was look for pink/red, yellow, and blue elements with a tiny bit of green:

Here's how I made this layout:

Supplies:

  • Paper - by Bo Bunny Press, in the FAMILY IS kit here:http://bit.ly/FamilyIS
  • Stickers - October Afternoon, Cosmo Cricket, Crate Paper, American Crafts, Webster's Pages, Echo Park Paper
  • Brad - Basic Grey (I believe....)
  • Note paper- http://bit.ly/FamilyIS
  • Journaling Pen- Sakura
